Kindness as a Litigation Strategy (Saying You're Sorry Works!)

All too often people are told not to apologize because they believe this may be held against them in court. In most states expressions of sincere apologies or remorse for the RESULT are not admissible. Saying "I'm Sorry" can reduce your risk of litigation, as long as you don't admit fault in the process.
