From the mountains of Colorado to the streets of LA, Red Peak Sound and Fikir Amlak join forces to bring forth Conquering the Wicked. J.Brenner's stripped back riddim combines with Fikir Amlak's diverse lyrical flow for a meditation to remind us all to stand strong and overcome the wickedness around us. Flipping the record over to the dub, J.Brenner takes us into the realm of drums and bass. Mixed in a ruff n tuff 80s dubwise style. Putting emphasis on the groove with plenty of echoe to take us even deeper into the mountainous valleys that surround Red Peak. The low harmonics on the bass, driving kick drum, and a strong lyrical journey all tie together perfectly to draw you closer to the speaker boxes and become entranced in the message and the music.
