Bust out the Tape Measure!

Having a target to aim at and tracking your progress toward it can be immensely beneficial. I think doing measurements and recording them is a useful tool. Sometimes, the weight on the scale or progress pictures aren’t enough and tracking your measurements over time can be a reliable gage for your progress (or lack there of). Looking back recently over the past 3 years of arm growth and there has been significant concrete progress with the measurements every couple months. Sometimes, you get used to see you’re physique every day and feel like you aren’t progressing - having this measurement log can come in very useful to keep your spirits up!
