Another Disappearing Beach in Puerto Rico - Do "We the People" need a "Save the Beach" Campaign?

As I take a ride with Fearless Floyd into the bowels of San Juan, I have discovered the Beaches to be eroding, in neglect, and broaching structural foundations . . . once these beautiful Beaches of San Juan disappear . .
