Always remember that J6 wouldn’t have happened without Kemp being complicit in certifying a fraudulent election. Remember on Dec 14, democrats went into a room and nominated 16 electors. At the same time 16 republicans met to nominate 16 electors.
A transcript of the GA republican electors Dec 14, 2020 meeting obtained by the Federalist, explicitly shows the intent behind casting alternate electors was not to impersonate public officers, as Willis alleged, but to lawfully preserve Trump’s legal challenge to the state’s election results. At the meeting’s outset, Shafer specifically noted how he and his fellow republicans were acting as republican nominees for presidential elector, not as duly elected and qualified presidential electors.
Kemp knows all this. And we the people of GA are asking this guy not to allow this. But Kemp sees no problem with Fani Willis. The electors never said they were duly elected and qualified.
You have the right to challenge an election in court and if you don’t nominate your electors on Dec 14th, then the contested election is mute. Fani Willis knows that every indictment is a sham.
Donald Trump had every right to contest the election. His case was on the docket on Jan 8th. Trump wanted Pence to push it back to the states so the case would be heard. Pence knew that. Kemp knew that.
