KCPS addresses rising enrollment at Lincoln Prep

Kansas City Public Schools plans to hold two meetings this week to address the rising enrollment at Lincoln College Preparatory Academy. School leaders say opening Lincoln Middle School could lead to more openings at the high school and attract more families.
