Dr. Fauci and HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra under Investigation by the Energy and Commerce Committee

The Energy and Commerce Committee held a hearing with Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) Xavier Becerra to hold him accountable for his failed leadership.

Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) telling Secretary Becerra that HHS has “lost sight of its core mission.”

Cathy McMorris Rodgers claims HHS Secretary - Xavier Becerra, has failed to follow the Constitution and the law. People have lost faith in the organization and 14 people, including Dr. Fauci held Unlawful positions.

They exercised authority that they didn't have, including $26 BILLION in Grants. This is unprecedented and the validity of every decision needs to be investigated.

Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) says that HHS has misled their investigation and is involved with a coverup.
