Cathy McMorris Rodgers claims HHS Secretary - Xavier Becerra, has failed to follow the Constitution and the law. People have lost faith in the organization and 14 people, including Dr. Fauci held Unlawful positions.

They exercised authority that they didn't have, including $26 BILLION in Grants. This is unprecedented and the validity of every decision needs to be investigated.
