Artemis II_ Mission Overview

Artemis II is the second mission of the Artemis program, which aims to land the first woman and next man on the moon by 2024. The mission is a crewed test flight of the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket and Orion spacecraft, designed to carry humans deeper into space than ever before. Artemis II will be the first crewed mission to fly around the moon in over 50 years, paving the way for the Artemis III lunar landing mission.
