Making My Own Homemade Traditional Brandy Using Apples 🍏

In this episode I documented the process on how we produced our own homemade Jablkovice (Slivovice) made from collected apples, which here In Czech Republic is traditional alcohol and it also can be found in other European countries such as Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Balkan. Slivovice is made up from fruit such as plum but also comes in other variations such as pear and commonly used with apple which is known to be called Jablkovice and the percentage is really high in volume from 52% and what makes the alcohol stronger is the sugar from the fruit. The process took a period of 4 months From November 2021 to February 2022 the final stage was at the distillery where the Alcohol went through the final burning process.
