Extremely Long Slovak Farm Cheese From Village Pub | Fačkov 🇸🇰
In this video I am located in a village in Slovakia called Fačov. I was on my travels but on the way aI decided to stop of at a wooden pub for some traditional homemade Slovak farm sheep’s cheese known as Korbáčik. I try the cheese and find out a little bit more how it is made and where it comes from. I try the cheese and give my review on how it taste. I had traditional Slovak alcohol Borovička, Juniper Brandy and Slivovice. I sit and try inside the pub while talking with the lady who was working there at the time which was interested in my trip here and curious about my background where I am from and national food. She asked if I was originally from “Africa” Zambia. I explain to her during our conversation that I was born in England but family originally from Caribbean Jamaica.
