It turns out, those are being installed NOT as “dust screens” but to preserve the area for when the EPA came on Thursday to spray the surrounding disaster area in a mysterious “film” of some sort.
They are also going to deem the whole area INHABITABLE & are planning on using EMINENT DOMAIN to reclaim the Maui land
