Another captured Ukrainian serviceman claims that the local military commissar forced him to enlist in fear of prison.

▫️ At the training ground, the Ukrainians were taught the basics of how to handle an automatic rifle and were allowed to shoot once. No more serious training was given to the soldeirs: no tactics or assaults.

▫️ When the Ukrainian soldiers arrived at the front, they were tasked with forcing the Dnepr River.

▫️ The untrained servicemen were not ready for such a task, they did not even know what 'forcing' meant. Nevertheless, at gunpoint, the newly arrived soldiers were put into boats and sent towards the Russian positions. After that, they were left with only two options - either die or surrender.
