Managing different generations at work can be adventurous at times. Sometimes the demands and needs are different but yes, we must address them.

Each generation (Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and GenZ) brings its own values, work style and expectations to the workplace. If we recognize the differences, management becomes easier.

At times we have generational clashes that can lead to tension and misunderstandings. The most common I have witnessed are differences in communication, work ethic and technology adoption.
