Pizza without Oven (Mini Pizza)

Ingredients of Pizza Dough:
All-Purpose Flour 3 cups
Yeast 1 Tbsp
Sugar 1 Tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Milk (lukewarm) as required

Ingredients of Chicken Preparation:
Oil 2 Tbsp
Boneless Chicken 350 grams
Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp
Chili Sauce 1 Tbsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Ingredients of Pizza Toppings:
Capsicum (chopped) as required
Black Olives (sliced) as required
Pizza Sauce as required
Mozzarella Cheese as required
Prepared chicken
Oregano as required

Directions for Pizza Dough Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour and add yeast, sugar, salt, and knead with milk (lukewarm). Rest it until it gets double in size.
Directions for Chicken Preparation:
2. In a pan heat oil and chicken and cook it until the color changes. Add soya sauce , chili sauce, red chili flakes, black pepper, and salt and cook for 4-5 minutes or until it's fully done. set aside.
Directions for Toppings:
3. Knead the dough and roll it out into flat circle. Cut small round circles from it.
4. Place them on preheated griddle and toast them from both sides for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame.
5. Now brush pizza sauce on them, add prepared chicken, capsicum, olives, cheese, oregano on them.
6. Then cover and cook them for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
7. Your Mini Pizza without Oven are ready. Serve and enjoy.
