Courts attacking the 1st Amendment.

OK, What is the 1st Amendment? Can US Courts make their own amendments which take US Citizen's Rights away, even though this is against the 1st Amendment? Friday 25th August 20.15 UK time this is something I will be looking at and put case law as evidence of Courts attacking the 1st Amendment.
