Prince’s Hot Chicken in Nashville Tenn. Is widely know as the “Original” Hot Chicken, and there is a franchise called “Dave’s Hot Chicken” – but none of them have anything on Smokey Dave! We smoked some chicken thighs in the smoker and then dredge and fry them southern style in a proper cast iron chicken fryer. We then use some of that hot oil to make super delicious and spicy HOT HOT HOT Sauce to coat that delicious crispy chicken, then server it on a toasted garlic Texas Toast, with dill pickles and Cole Slaw!
