N.Korea will 'pay a price' for arming Russia -US

Arms negotiations between Russia and North Korea are actively advancing, the White House said on Tuesday. U.S. national security adviser Jake Sullivan warned leader Kim Jong Un that Pyongyang would pay a price for supplying Russia with weapons to use in Ukraine.
