The fact that they have four children is probably the only reason he's sleeping on the couch and if they didn't have any children he would have dumped or divorced her. He of course is either independently wealthy or makes a ton of money at his job so that means she's eligible to receive a ton of child support and that's probably another reason that he's not going to leave her. Because it's cheaper to keep her and her and accept her orgy adventures. A woman's body count matters because then higher the count the less likely the woman is to be able to bond with the man she settles down with.
