GUIDE NOTES:
1) Auridon - Skywatch - Cimalire - wanders in different patterns in central area
2) Grahtwood - Eldenroot - Dirdelas - near the horse trainer
3) Greenshade - Marbruk - Caraleth - near market and the nearby tiers
4) Malabal Tor - Vulkwasten - Sihada - sweeps near the southern entrance - carries a broom
5) Reaper's March - Rawl'aka - Dablir - wanders the market
6) Stonefalls - Davon's Watch - Dinor Girano - was near the bad vendor for me
eecarter333: "Since the update Dinor Girano... seems to spawn at the overlook of the docks and the bridge leading to it, at least that was where I found him, mostly by chance but its a good lace to start. if you see the giant mushrooms and sea its a good place to start looking for him there."
7) Deshaan - Mournhold - Cindiri Malas - near the upper market area wearing a helm with red crest
8) Shadowfen - Stormhold - Gideelar - was near the south but other sources pointed to her being near the river market are - carries a shovel... The Shoveler!
9) Eastmarch - Windhelm - Hakida -
A) wandered the bank and trader area.
B) other sources had her in the south near the Fighter's Guild.
C) Also from viewer comment: she was located after coming into the city, turning left as you enter the gate. this seems to be one of her alternate routes that might be part of B route near wall and Fighter's Guild
10) the Rift - Riften - Eldfyr - wandered the markets spending time in some places there

11) Glenumbra - Daggerfall - Cesarel Hedier - wandered around the central horse trainer
12) Stormhaven - Wayrest - Alix Edette - near the docks
13) Rivenspire - Shornhelm - Bulag or Bolaag - had her near the guild traders but some suggested her in area near the wayshrine - ALSO NOTE ! there was a name change along the way by the developer for unspecified reasons so it is "Bolaag" now I guess
14) Alik'r Desert - Sentinel - Ebrayd - a very white redguard near the crafting area and wanders
15) Bankorai - Evermore - Berea - I had her near the tavern but I think she wanders the streets too
