0:14 Frigid Sapphire - Nomeg Rine World Boss in The Rift - Frozen Ruins - NOTE - there is another lead that drops from this boss for another mythic item... make sure you are getting the correct one!
1:01 Black Eltheric Pearls - random drop High Isle Giant Clams - along the beaches, totally random
1:47 Meteoric Beads - Mage's Guild Daily Quest reward coffer - get these quests by joining the Mage Guild - the daily quest is in green. I know you can get them in the faction capital cities... might also get in other main cities in other zones too.
2:42 Sea Silver Chain - Rich Jewelry Seams (Survey) any zone - so you NEED to be doing Jewelry Crafting daily quests to get a chance to even get the maps. These 'RICH' veins only show up at the map locations (use the map item) - my Survey Map playlist below will help find these locations (make sure the map is in your inventory at the time though)
3:14 Steel Serpent Fangs - Serpent Caller Vinsha WB In High Isle - Serpent Bog - might need a group to beat this encounter.

Requires High Isle chapter and Greymoor chapter (for scrying/ excavation) plus Jewelry Crafting for the surveys (Summerset Chapter)

Second, Once you find the lead, do the scrying and excavation in the same zone you found it
Third, some content is locked away behind various DLC's and Chapters so you need access to them
Fourth, some of the content requires a group to get since it's world or dungeon bosses (unless you're good at soloing)
Fifth, these leads don't drop 100% of the time so multiple farming sessions might be required
