The release of Shah Rukh Khan’s much-anticipated ‘Jawan’ is just a few days away and fans cannot contain their excitement. Ever since the makers have released the trailer and songs, the craze around the film has just piqued among the audiences. With advance bookings open, tickets to this Atlee-directorial have been selling tickets hot cakes and reports claim‘Jawan’ are also getting a good response, although the Hindi version is naturally taking the lead. But interestingly, the Hindi version has seen maximum interest from markets in South and East India such as Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai among others. Considering the entire look and feel of the film including most of the actors (apart from SRK) bears a strong imprint of South Indian influence, it’s truly heartening to observe that Hindi has been embraced as the preferred language. Meanwhile, metro cities such as Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bhubaneswar and Kochi lead the charts in advance booking tickets. But the South and East India belt also hold near equal interest to watch the spectacle at a single-screen theatre and multiplexes across the states. ‘Jawan’ features Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles and is all set to hit the big screens on September 7.
