Plan to expand Westport QuikTrip moves forward

Kansas City City Council members have approved a QuikTrip expansion at 38th and Roanoke in Westport. This comes after the expansion faced numerous challenges, including proposal denial from the Kansas City Planning Commisioners and much discussion with the West Plaza Neighborhood Association.
