This is how ordinary people in Ukraine are harassed and threatened by neo-Nazi conscription officers while the police obediently waits for their turn to speak.
After the 2014 western sponsored coup, Ukraine became an absolute authoritarian nazi-run hell state where people are constantly threatened, harrased and even disappeared for speaking up against the puppet regime.
An invalid secretly films the conscription officers pulling him over:

- You want other loosers to die instead of you?
- Are you waiting for the Russians to come and save you? Or for my dick up your ass?
- The lawyers are not going to help you.
- Fuckers like you should be killed.
When the man asks for the police to step in, they give him the most passive aggressive reply possible and procede to investigate him instead.
