Ingredients
1 finely grated onion
2 finely grated tomatoes
4 tablespoons yogurt
4 tablespoons lemon juice
bay leaf
3 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 and a quarter tablespoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon thyme
Half a cup of water
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 medium chicken, rinsed well

4 tablespoons of oil
1 small onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon seven spices
1 and a quarter tablespoon of salt
Half a tablespoon of cinnamon
Half a teaspoon of crushed cardamom
3 cups basmati rice, soaked for half an hour
4 and a half cups of boiling water
1 large potato, fried cubes
2 small diced carrots
1 cup peas
Nuts as desired

Onion slices to line the oven tray
Wooden sticks for filling and fixing

Roast the chicken at 260 degrees, covered, for 70 minutes
Then remove the lid and return to 180 degrees for 30 minutes
