Suspect gets cops AR. Opens fire

this happened in Grady County last year. they said anyone detained, welfare check or not gets cuffed and always goes in the car. I bet they regret not sending medical personnel the right personnel to a medical call. not that it really matter because, as always, the police dont get held accountable for their mistakes. this is pathetic.
