HELP‼️ Audio Stutter with Mirabox & OBS

Help!!
After a year of not using it, and keeping it in it's b
original box, my #Mirabox #4K passthrough device is sending corrupted audio to the computer.

I've tried multiple computers (this video shows my using a Surface Pro6) and the results are always the same. VERY BAD STUTTERING AUDIO. The picture quality is great and it passes through to the TV perfectly fine.

Only the audio to the computer is the issue. I initially thought it was a OBS issue. but now I'm not so sure. I've checked every audio setting in OBS and all devices, and they all function fine. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and suggestions likely attempted. Although cheap, I can not afford to replace the device
