My TREK was full of SURPRISES! (Himalayan Trek EP3)

Today is the last episode of our trekking series in Nepal! More videos from Nepal to come, however ;) We end our trek in Ghandruk which is less than an hour's drive from Pokhara is Phedi, which is where the Ghandruk Trek trailhead is situated. While snow-capped mountains tower over you, the trail leads you through lush rhododendron forests, rice fields, and up steep stone slab steps through scenic towns of the lower Annapurna region.

The busy heritage village of Ghandruk, with its largely affluent Gurung population, is the main draw of this three-day hike. Ghandruk is a beautiful place to stay since it has a welcoming atmosphere and gives breathtaking views of the Himalayan giants Annapurna, Hiunchuli, and Machapuchare (Fishtail).
