Eating Poland’s Most Bizarre RAW MEAT Spread In Frozen Village

My travels in Europe have brought me to no other place than a frozen village, sitting next to a burning fireplace and about to indulge Slavic food. In todays video I will be trying a raw meat spread known as Metka cebulowa and I will do a review but not only I am going to try it in it's original form, I have decided to spice it up a bit and add some secret ingredients to flavour it up - paprika, dill, onion, garlic all directly on top of the traditional Polish bread I purchased from a local Piekarnia bakery while I was in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Poland. By the way Metka cebulowa is a grinded up pork meat spread sold in a thick sausage form and is commonly used to spread on bread.
