Overtime at KCFD growing at four time the rate of emergency calls

A new study showed that overtime is growing at four times the rate of emergency calls, and that’s only one of the issues the study revealed. Fire Chief Paul Berardi spoke with council committee and said the overtime has exploded due to needed relief time.
