Puff pastry Baklava easy ecipe

2 sheets of puff pastry

1/2 cup pistachio

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp butter @organicvalley Drizzle of honey

Egg wash- 1 egg white plus 1 tsp water

Syrup optional: 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup honey, bring to boil and simmer then drizzle on top of the baklava after they bake!

Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until golden and baked!
