3 Weeks Out!! DOWN 10.5 POUNDS IN JUST 1 WEEK!

Welcome back to my Men's Physique show prep series! I am now 3 weeks to the day from my next show, and I am feeling very confident that this will be my best showing yet! Two weeks ago I left for a week long vacation that was full of food, beer and fun. But thats not exactly conducive to doing a body building show. That's where the power of fasting comes in. I attempted a 7 day fast but unfortunately did not complete it. However, I did make it from Sunday to Thursday, totalling 106 hours of fasting! By doing Keto refeeds afterwards I was able to shed 10 pounds in just a week, completely negating all the damage done while on vacation!

From this point out I will be doing rolling 72 hour fasts until I reach my desired stage weight. As of today I weigh in at 179, and I would like to be 170 or below by peak week! Stay tuned as I reach the final stages of this show prep!
