PCSO investigating homicide where father killed 16-year-old son

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide where a father killed his 16-year-old son Monday morning. Stephen Lee Rodda was the 16-year-old victim who was killed Monday morning in Lake Wales by his father, who shares the same name. According to Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, the Frostproof High School student was living with his grandfather and had a lot to look forward to.
