Episode 5 - The Race Before the Rain

This is the fifth installment of a major renovation project. I went through the home without the General Contractor or his crew on site. But I was able to observe the progress so far. And it is coming along! This home was built in 1899 in what is now a historical area of Marysville, CA. Join me as we go through the process of restoring this home from the initial gut to completion.

I have been in the lending business since 1979. I have seen almost every trend, but that does not mean new ones are around the corner.
I have always had a love of seeing homes once abandoned or turn of the century and historical homes revitalized. Some with complete modernization and others keeping the original charm, but with modern amenities.
