Derek Johnson telling what's actually going on

I've been on the fence about this guy. But you can go and look up the laws and orders he's quoting and fact check him. I tend to think he's on the up and up, that he's been given information and the go ahead to share it. I can't swear to it. But truth will always make the best sense, and what he's saying does make sense with what else we know to be true.
