NASA delays launch to International Space Station

NASA is delaying the launch of four astronauts to the International Space Station in order to take more time to confirm safety issues. Meanwhile, engineers are working on a spacecraft that will put astronauts in a lunar fly-by as a new space race is taking shape. NBC's Tom Costello reports for
