NTSB: 2 CSX workers hit by Amtrak after inspecting railcar

NTSB released a preliminary report outlining the cause of an Amtrak train crash that killed two CSX employees in Washington D.C. last month. The report states that on June 27 around 11:18 p.m., two CSX workers were returning to their train locomotive after inspecting a defective railcar when they were hit from behind by Amtrak train
