Oregon Passes Law Allowing The Courts To Seize Guns From Anyone – Even If They Are Not Present
The State of Oregon is on its way to sign into law SB719A. This bill is called the Extreme Risk Protection Order and essentially the bill allows for the courts to decide whether or not you can keep your guns. You don’t even have to be present when the determination is made. This means you can’t defend yourself against whatever accusations you face. How many Constitutional Amendments does this violate?
