Cucumber Egg Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients for Cucumber Yogurt Mixture:
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt 1 pack
Cucumber (Shredded) 1 cup
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Boneless Chicken (cubes) 800 g
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt 1 cup
Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp
Chilli Sauce 2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1 Tbsp
Mustard Paste 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Salad Mixture:
Tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Cucumber (chopped) 1 cup
Salt 1/ 2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Bread slices as required
Yogurt Cucumber Mixture as required
Cooked Chicken as required
Boiled Eggs (sliced) as required
Salad Mixture as required
Lettuce Leaves as required

Directions for Yogurt Cucumber Mixture Preparation:
1. In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt, cucumber, black pepper powder, salt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mix it well. set aside.
Directions for Chicken Preparation:
2. In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt, chicken, soya sauce, red chili flakes, mustard paste, salt, chili sauce, black pepper powder, and marinate for half of an hour.
3. In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is fully done.
4. Now shred the chicken properly with your fingers. Set aside.

5. In a bowl add tomatoes, onion, cucumber, salt, black pepper and mix it well. set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
6. Assemble sandwiches with bread, yogurt cucumber sauce, shredded chicken, boiled eggs, salad mixture, lettuce leaves.
