Man, woman charged after road rage incident on Capital Beltway

Maryland State Police arrested a man and a woman after a road rage incident on the Capital Beltway. Police said Eric Alfredo Arroyo, 26 and Courtney Leigh Fisher, 25, were charged after a 911 caller said they pointed a gun at another driver on I-495 and I-95 in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties.
