Stop Your Team From Slacking

Complacency with the team. What have you done successfully to motivate your team to get their work done and follow the rules when they haven't been wanting to do it? I know that when I've had some complacency on our team, I'm like, why are you dropping your wig at 11 or 12 o'clock? WIG stands for wildly important goal.

It allows for that kind of consistency. When we don't know what our team's doing, we have to find ways to know what our team's doing without crossing that line. Create that environment where they can't hide. Number one. That daily check-in. From now on we're gonna all check in the morning and share a goal for the day.

The next thing which I was really against is a daily meeting, but now I've found that daily meeting to be wildly important for accountability, even if it's for 15 minutes. The other thing is doing some group knocking or group activities when you meet the team out, we're gonna go do a team knock in these neighborhoods. And you're gonna know exactly who's showing up and who's not showing up.
