Casting Metal - A Kamino Saberdart - Lost Foam Casting Aluminum

Metal Casting and aluminum Saberdart from Star Wars. I will be using a metal casting technique, called Lost Foam Casting. The aluminum I'll be using is just small scraps I had laying around. 1 piece of aluminum might have been from a compute board I scrapped. I made the foam pattern using polystyrene xps foam. It wasn't easy! This is the smallest thing I've made out of foam. In the past someone commented on another aluminum metal casting video. They thought it looked like a Saberdart. It wasn't, So I had to try to make one 😆
