INGREDIENTS :
500 grams mince beef ( 17.6 oz )
250 grams diced smoked ham ( 8.8 oz )
100 grams grated mozzarella & red cheddar ( 3.5 oz )
50 grams grated parmesan ( 1.7 oz )
70 ml heavy cream ( 2.3 fl oz )
sea salt & black peppercorn ( seasoning )
INSTRUCTIONS :
.in a pan on medium heat add 500 grams mince beef, cook for 2 to 3 minutes
.season with sea salt & black peppercorn
.cook for 2 minutes
.add 50 grams grated parmesan, 70 ml heavy cream
.turn off heat & mix well
.place beef in baking dish & spread evenly
.sprinkle on 100 grams grated mozzarella & red cheddar
.sprinkle on 250 grams diced smoked ham
.season with black peppercorn
.place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 10 to 15 minutes
