50th Birthday Balloon Floats Away

Info from Licensor: "My colleagues and I were parking at the office after lunch to celebrate my co-workers 50th birthday (hence the balloon with '50' on it). He was very happy to have the balloon, and was specifically told not to lose it, as he has a tendency to lose things. When he exited the vehicle, the string around the balloon became loose, and it detached. It then flew away with him chasing it, and us proceeding to laugh at him."
