Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island celebrates 130th birthday

An iconic destination in Michigan and in the United States is celebrating a major milestone on Monday. The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island is turning 130 years old. The famous hotel opened on July 10, 1887 and was built in the post-Civil War guilded age.
