NYC Police Are Spying on Citizens in their Homes

In clear defiance of the POST Act of 2020, New York City police are conducting surveillance on citizens without due process.
This is a violation of the First and Fourth Amendments.
“If a caller states there’s a large crowd, a large party in a backyard, we’re going to be utilizing our assets to go up and go check on the party,” Kaz Daughtry, the assistant NYPD Commissioner, said at a press conference.
