Hart 20V Sander for Under $60...Pro or No?

Hey guys this is the Hart 20V random orbit sander we picked up at Walmart for under $60. We tried it on some cabinets stick around for my thoughts and specs. Disclaimer i did not use the 4 amp hour battery which may have affected the performance Ill retry it with a different battery soon.
