Starfield Performance on NVidia is a JOKE | RTX 2080 Super

I want to enjoy this game. I do. I'm 10+ Hours in now and I'm really starting to finally enjoy it. This performance is really taking the wind out of my sails though. I'm really hoping there is a day one patch but I don't hold my breathe.
