We enter the most remote and dangerous waters where there are no charts, big storms, and little chance of rescue. Is this risk worth it to explore one of the worlds most untouched natural places?

There really are no charts in this area. They simply do not exist or they are classified by the government. We must navigate extremely carefully as both our yacht and our lives would be at risk if we have any problems in this area. To make things a bit more challenging we are racing the weather. We must cross this dangerous area of the Pacific Ocean before a huge storm rolls in. Watch as we make this challenging sailing passage in 20 knot winds and 3-4 meter waves, then shore tie in to a new anchorage to prepare for the storm.

That being said, do not go sailing in these conditions without being well prepared and able to self rescue. Do not put your life, your sailboat, and the lives of sea rescue personnel are at risk. We are both very experienced sailors and have sailed countless miles in harsh conditions while racing, solo sailing, and doublehanded sailing to prepare for this type of sailing.
