Babylon is sent as judgement against Judah, Jerusalem falls. The brightest of Jerusalem's sons are taken captive. Daniel & his 3 friends are trained in the Pagan University of Babylon for 3 years. They rise to the top as the best of the best due to the fact they purposed in their hearts not to defile themselves. They put God first, & God richly blesses them.
