Simone Biles has been an inspiration to many with her decision to step down from the 2021 Olympic Gymnast team. She was accutely aware of her mental health and mindset, and knew that she needed to address whatever issue was going on in her head. As an ambitious woman, her decision to put her mental health first, and prioritize that state of her mindset, is incredibly inspiring.
